Our guides are priced in line with the cost of a single 30 minute pre-consultation phone call with the average Immigration Attorney specializing in Extraordinary Ability visas and green cards. In such consultations, attorneys quickly assess your options and chances, and offer or decline to assist you – our guides empower you to take control of your visa application process with step-by-step guidance and insider tips, saving you thousands in legal fees. Our guides have proven successful time and again since 2015.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide exceptional value through our comprehensive guides, which are designed to save you time and money by equipping you with the tools and knowledge needed for success. Because these are digital products, once a significant portion of the content has been accessed, the value of the guide has already been delivered. To ensure fairness for all customers, we offer a partial refund policy based on usage, as outlined below.
We understand that purchasing a guide is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your investment. Our guides are comprehensive resources designed to guide you step-by-step through the complex process of applying for an Extraordinary Ability visa (EB1) or O1 visa. They empower you to assess your own career and present your case for success, saving you significant time and costs compared to hiring an immigration attorney.
To ensure peace of mind, we offer the following refund policy:
7-Day Refund Guarantee: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the guide. Refunds will only be issued if less than 25% of the content has been accessed. This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of our resources.
Partial Refunds: If more than 25% but less than 50% of the guide has been accessed, we offer a partial refund to account for the portion of the guide already reviewed.
No Refunds Beyond 50% Completion: As our guides are digital products, refunds cannot be issued once more than half of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
We monitor usage to ensure fair application of this policy. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
We are confident in the value our guides provide, and they have proven successful for numerous applicants. If you have any questions about the guide before purchasing, please feel free to contact us.
Note: Please do not purchase if you are unsure about pursuing your visa or green card application. The process is challenging and requires dedication.
